Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

4Cleaning & Gardening WA respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

4Cleaning Pty Ltd (trading as 4Cleaning & Gardening WA)
ABN 80 662 480 506 · ACN 662 480 506
Phone 0460 869 848 · Email [email protected]

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, phone number, email and service address
  • For NDIS participants: NDIS number, plan management type, plan manager or support coordinator details, and any support needs you choose to share so we can deliver services safely
  • Booking, service and invoicing records
  • Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools

How we collect it

We collect information when you contact us, complete our contact or NDIS referral forms, book a service, or when a support coordinator, plan manager or family member refers you to us with your consent.

How we use it

  • To provide quotes and deliver cleaning and gardening services
  • To schedule staff and keep them and you safe on site
  • To invoice you, your plan manager or the NDIS as applicable
  • To respond to enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • To meet our legal obligations

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with: our staff and contractors delivering your service; your plan manager, support coordinator or nominee; partner organisations that help us deliver or invoice your supports; and service providers that run our systems (such as form, scheduling and accounting software). We never sell your information.

Storage and security

Information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Online forms are processed by Jotform. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

Your location

To tell you whether we service your area, our website may show a short message with your approximate suburb. This comes from your internet connection's general location (provided by our hosting network, Cloudflare). If you choose Find my suburb, your browser asks your permission first, and your device's location is sent to Google (or, as a backup, BigDataCloud) only to look up the suburb name. The suburb name, not your exact location, is remembered in your own browser so we don't ask again; you can clear it with Not right?. We do not store your location on our systems.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website (for example which buttons are clicked and where pages are hard to use). Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page movements; it masks text you type into forms. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Our website uses Google Tag Manager and related analytics and advertising tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move, click and scroll on our pages (with text you type hidden) so we can make the site easier to use. Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising capture this data using first- and third-party cookies; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
